Signing up as a travel professional on welcomePAX is a straightforward process. Simply fill out the online registration form. We will require a professional email address and a mobile number to verify your identity. A member of our team may get in touch if additional information is needed. Once your account is validated, you can enjoy the full range of benefits and features that welcomePAX has to offer. We aim to make the sign-up process as seamless as possible for travel professionals.

Thank you for registering with us. We would like to let you know that account validation is a necessary step to ensure security and authenticity. Typically, this process takes less than an hour to complete if all the requested information has been provided accurately. Once your account is validated, you will have full access to view our group restaurants and begin making reservations. Please note that our validation checks are conducted from Monday to Sunday, between 6:00 am and 7:00 pm GMT. 

If you’ve forgotten your password, don’t worry. You can easily reset it by clicking on the “Forgot Password” link on the login page. Follow the instructions provided, and you’ll be able to set a new password for your welcomePAX account. This process ensures that you regain access to your account securely and conveniently.

Certainly, you have the flexibility to modify your agency’s billing information at any time. Simply go to “My Account” and then select “Agency Information.” From there, you can make the necessary updates to ensure that your agency’s details are accurate and up to date.

Reservations

You can easily track the status of your reservation in the “Orders” section of your account. Additionally, we keep you informed via email whenever there is a change in the status of your reservation. This way, you can stay updated on the progress of your booking and ensure that everything is in order for your group.

Certainly, cancellations are possible based on the following conditions:

Please note that these calculations are based on business days and the reservation time. For example, if you made a reservation for a group of 30PAX on Saturday, the 15th, at 18:30, the cancellation policy applies as follows: 100% refund until 7 business days prior, which is before Thursday, the 6th, at 18:30. It’s important to note also that refunds are processed in the form of credits, which you can use on the welcomePAX platform for future reservations. This ensures a clear and precise approach to managing cancellations.

To make a reservation for your group, simply indicate the number of participants, their arrival date, and select the preferred menu and beverages. It’s as easy as that!

At welcomePAX, we offer a variety of commonly used payment methods to provide convenience and flexibility. These methods include credit card payments, Apple Pay, PayPal, iDeal, Tickets Restaurants (for France only), SEPA direct debits, bank transfers, and many more. You can choose the payment method that suits your preferences and requirements, ensuring a seamless and secure transaction process for your bookings.

Absolutely. We work with Mollie, our trusted payment partner, to ensure the security of online payments on our site. Our online payment processes adhere to the PCI DSS standards, guaranteeing the encryption of your banking data. Certainly. As soon as you make a group restaurant reservation on welcomePAX, the invoice is automatically generated and made available on your account. It is also sent to you via email. The invoice contains detailed information about your reservation, including the VAT amount and the total amount to be paid or that has been paid. Our invoices comply with all billing standards, ensuring clarity and accuracy in your financial records.

You can find your invoices conveniently within your welcomePAX account. Simply log in and navigate to your account, where you will see an “Orders” section. There, you can access and download your invoices for your reference and records.

In addition to our negotiated group rates,  every 20 paid meals, one meal is complimentary. Furthermore, we have a year-end retro commission system for clients booking numerous groups through welcomePAX. Below is the commission structure:
