Job description
Are you a high-energy, driven professionals with sound business acumen, strong technical aptitude and natural sales instincts? If yes, you might be the Sales Manager we are looking for.As a Sales Manager at welcomepax.com, you will be responsible for expanding our partners’ acquisition. You’ll bring vision, purpose, and drive to the team while helping us refine our go-to-market strategy across Europe.
What you'll do
> Examine the groups travel industry to define our target destinations;
> Train the Business Development Executives to our processes;
> Coach and develop the acquisition team;
> Analyse the Business Development team’s performance;
> Improve the partners acquistion processes;
> Share with mareketing and tech teams the partners requirements to improve our website experience;
> Create a team environment of trust, global mindset and open communication to drive partner acquisition.
What you'll need
> Ability to maintain a high level of productivity, manage multiple priorities, and work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced, and team-oriented environment;
> A relevant experience in management and/or sale;
> Strong technical and solution creation aptitude;
> Strong and engaging communication skills;
> Analytical mind, result driven and accuracy;
> Fluent in English with a good level in French. Any other language is a plus.
